You further agree that by purchasing shared web hosting server space, the interpretation of any of the above are at the sole disgression of IXTnet Webhosting, the operators of ixtnet.com, and can be used to terminate your service without notice, and that all legal disputes arising out of this agreement shall be ajudicated by the courts of the State of California.
